Abstract

Charter of Fundamental Human Rights of the European Union is a document that meets human activities, in the field of socio-economic development. In a special way it is discussed, and at the same time criticized by authors who write about issues related to human life. The problem of freedom in the election of people’s attitudes, is often portrayed and discussed in various state and church documents. Life as a value may be interpreted in the modern world in many different ways.. I believe that the essence of existence is to have the possibility of making decisions respectful of life from its very beginning till its natural death.
