Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Poland does not put on the legislator of the duty of creating the councils of the professions of the public confidence, but in the case when the legislator uses this possibility, he has to appoint structures having all features of the proper professional self-governments of . That although regulation of art. 17 Act 1of The Polish Constitution leaves the autonomy in defining to the legislator, and stating which of them are the professions of the public confidence, the legislator should take into consideration the long-standing tradition and social expectations.
