Abstract

This article is the farther stage of deepening interests within the range of the constitutional law. It represents a still current problem of limitations in accessibility to executing some professions. The limitations from art. 17 par. 1 in the Constitution of Republic of Poland have the meaning for principle of the state of legal expressed in art. 2 in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
