Abstrakt

In the conditions of economy formation, the main object of analysis becomes an individual, his/her potential development and its realization. This causes substantial changes in the structure, direction and mechanism of formation and realization of social policy in conditions of setting up innovation economy as a form of realizing human potential through the mechanism of innovation social policy.
