MODELS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN A CHANGING ENVIRONMENT
Abstrakt
The articleinvestigates and systematizes the factors affecting the occurrence of the crisisat the enterprise; consideredthe management models of production, logistics, marketing and investment activity of the enterprise, models of financial and ofpersonnel management, which altogether provide the process of anti-crisis management and create conditions for the companywithdrawal from the crisis and refine the efficiency of its activities.Wykaz bibliografii
