Abstract

Communication is a social process of significant importance for the functioning of both the individual units, and the whole organiza- tion. Good communication within the company increases the expo- sure of workers and reduces their resistance to change. Employees who know what is going on in the company, know its plan s and in- tentions, they feel valued and taken seriously, because their ap- proach to the task is positive. Communication is understood as the transmission of messages between the sender and the recipient. The full process of communication should take place in two directions.
